GUILLOTINING
We have recently invested in a new CNC Guillotine that means we are able to cut all types of material accurately and efficiently. Please contact us if you have any cutting requirements.
PRESS BRAKE FOLDING
To go with our investment into a new guillotine, it made sense to purchase a CNC new press brake. we are able to fold all types of materials up to 6mm thick and 3000mm in length.
HOLE PUNCHING
We have 3 Geka pp-50 hole punching machines which have the capacity to punch a 27mm hole in 13mm steel. We can punch holes, slots, squares and radius's into pretty much anything you require.
WELDING
We specialise in aluminium welding but all types of welding are undertaken, please get in touch to see if we can help you in anyway.
POWDER COATING AND DELIVERY
We offer in-house powder coating which helps to offer short lead times and are able to control the quality that we provide. After Recently investing in a new Gema Optiflex 2, which is a box fed powdercoating machine making Colour changes easier and quicker.
We can also deliver nationwide using our trusted courier and pallet services.
